Video gamers have usually been abused as couch potatoes that just sit around and move buttons on a controller all day. However, as new technologies continue to be created, video gamers have increasingly been getting off games and game systems require bodily coordination. although people judge about gamers, they are more active each day.
While new gaming systems are changing the way that gamers interact with the games, some games requiring physical exercise have been in existence for many years. These include party game favorites such as Dance Dance Revolution, in which gamers bust dance routines on a pad.

These games appeal not only to video gamers, but to people from all walks of life wanting to combine activity with joy.
Another aspect of gaming that has removed gamers off the couch has been video game competitions. This might seem strange, after all lengthy competitions involve extended periods of time sitting down and playing a game. However, these competitions require a lot of physical and mentalendurance.
